I got a couple longer runs done in a 3 day time frame-- Thursday in Forest Park and Saturday out at Hagg Lake.
Lots of big mosquitoes. Also lots of tall grass and weeds to wade through on much of the trail right now but it was a great time anyway. Quite humid and overcast -the sun was just breaking through as I finished up late afternoon. Once again, I was not too ashamed to spend some time walking. It's all good. I just love being out there. It put me near to 60 miles for the week which is good considering I could barely walk less that a month ago.
